She has experience in HR operations and management varying from scale-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Simone excels in designing HR programs, fostering a people-centric culture and driving HR change. Her expertise in practical and effective HR interventions, along with her passion for behavior and storytelling, make her key to optimizing employee engagement. Simone's former roles and assignments, among others, include Pfizer, 3M, Verizon, Ecotone, Pon, Koppert Biological Systems and Northwave Cybersecurity.

Patrick is an experienced international senior workplace professional with a demonstrated history of working in both the international hospitality and corporate industry. Skilled in Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Project Management, Customer Service, Coaching, Workplace Strategy, Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management, he thrives on using my advanced social skills and experience in a complex stakeholder environment to deliver the best possible services and facilities to multiple types of (end)users, guests and clients. Patrick's former roles and assignments, among others, include bol.com, JLL, Palo Alto Networks, ASML, Philips and Vattenfall.
